Here you will find three documents that expand on and describe the “learning by numbers” philosophy. 

Each playing position is assigned “a number” and each number has a role and responsibility in the team. This is a great visual aid for coaches, and explains in detail the expectations and attributes of players playing in certain positions on the field.

The numbering and the game grows from 4v4 – through to 11v11 and mirrors the new US mandated game changes (see the new standards chart)
