ABYS embraces the BAYS Rule Book which is excerpted from The Laws of the Game, as established by the International Football Association Board (IFAB), with modifications by US Youth Soccer, Mass. Youth Soccer, and BAYS, and includes revisions voted on at the August 2010 BAYS general meeting.
